Murphy Transport Solutions currently employs on average 150 people and have many loyal employees.  We have enjoyed a pattern of long-term service from employees, with several claiming twenty or thirty years’ employment. 

As Murphy Transport Solutions is a family owned company we have begun to implement our succession plan by the introduction of two young members into management in 2002, working in different capacities and varied aspects of the business. A service and support team has been established among the younger generation covering the areas of IT, administration, operations, finance, OHS, and planning   The recent growth has provided career opportunities for young people and as our long service and older employees move on the opportunities will be readily available.

We also support and encourage on-going employee training for both internal and external courses in their relevant fields.
